    I’m pretty sure that the success shown in this upload could only be short lived. This video, to the trained eye, reveals 11 areas of concern in the accommodation alone. Dominic has not been shown the true cause of his insomnia. If you read these comments Dominic do feel free to contact me. Peter Wiseman.

    its a stage of astral projection, research it well and find out how to master it / become successful

    take my advice on researching it :)
    but be care full its no game or anything to take lightly

    @joshhh1012 its called a lucid dream its when you’re fully aware of being asleep but you’re awake.. it happened to me a couple of times… but when you do lucid dream you can control what you do in the dream but you have to make it a habit of remembering you’re asleep.. dont worry about it though it feels like a nightmare but it will end so keep that in mind

    Last night i was trying to sleep , i dont know what you would call this , but i went into a trance , i was awake and i looked beside myself and saw my own body dead. I could not move my body after that no matter how hard i tried , I was in this trance for about a minute and when i got out of it I was sweating like a pig. Can anyone tell me wheats up with situation?
